According to the Building Industry Association of Washington residential building permits have steadily increased in King and Snohomish County from 2010 to 2011. King County’s Year to date totals in 2010 were 2,582 while in 2011 they increased to 3,003. Snohomish County saw the same uptick in building permits increasing by 229 permits from 2010 to 2011. It is nice to see signs of growth in the building industry.
